I just tested with 6 chunks connections per download with 2 files (total 12 chunks connections) and unfortunately I still get ip freeze. Upon further checking, i found out their average downloading speed was 30MBps for all 40 files, far below the speed required for disconnection. I contacted viewqwest today and it seems that they were not able to replicate the problem on their end. At 50MBps there were no disconnections until today when another disconnection occurred. The interim solution was to throttle my download speed to 50MBps.

I tested this several times and every time I was able to replicate the problem. Ont->modem->tplink archeos c2->asus ac88u->desktop + NAS Validation was done by connecting a laptop directly to the modem and viewquest checked on their end and verified a direct conflict.

The technicians have validated that another ipv6 mac address has surfaced and is causing conflict with the ipv4 on the modem. I have contacted viewqwest and it seems that there is a mac address conflict on the modem. The speed is just insane however within 30 minutes, I will disconnect from the internet for at least 1.5hr.
